Earnestly implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, Dongfeng Group is accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and accelerating the application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.


Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is one of the main technology routes of new energy vehicles, which has developed rapidly in recent years. Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Junfeng Motor Corporation have begun to research fuel cell technology as early as 2013. In 2018, they undertook the national major research and development project "full power fuel cell passenger vehicle power system, flat full power fuel cell passenger vehicle power system platform and vehicle development"; In 2021, the company's technology center completed this national project with high quality, broke through a number of key core technologies, and officially launched "Dongfeng Hydrogen Boat" as the major achievement of the project. This year, the company signed a "Dongfeng Hydrogen Boat" demonstration operation cooperation agreement with Foshan City. The two sides will make full use of their respective advantages to jointly build a complete demonstration operation system, carry out demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell passenger vehicles in Foshan, and jointly promote the commercial operation cooperation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle products.
